Dr. Cohen is an applied social scientist with expertise in identifying and measuring attitudes and their linkage to behavioral outcomes. She created and led Werklabs, the wholly owned research division of The Mom Project, focused on understanding the needs and motivations of caregivers, parents, and moms to guide optimally supportive workplaces and work-life integration practices. A trusted expert, she has been published and featured in hundreds of broadcast interviews, journal articles, books, and publications. Dr. Cohen specializes in predictive analytics, demonstrating what most influences behaviors and the critical impact factors on next-level business and brand outcomes.
